Helpful staff. Great location near tram stop and major attractions. New supermarket and inexpensive breakfast cafe across the street. Comfortable room with English TV channel. Small but clean swimming pool.

This hotel is located in a perfect place. It is close to everything - we were able to walk everywhere. The staff were AMAZING!!! They made us feel like members of their family. They did everything they possibly could to make our stay comfortable and fun.
There was nothing we didn't like. It was as close to perfect that it could be.

This hotel was a great find. The location was excellent - quiet, yet only a few minutes' walk to the city center and the cathedral. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and nice. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of pastries, cake, and breads. Value for money was definitely worth it.
The small and uncomfortable room compared to its price.

Very charming. Personal attention. Excellent food - had homemade jam for breakfast.
No own parking space, as in many middle-age cities.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice sitting area that was perfect for when I needed to do some work. The hotel provided complementary bottled water and mints, which was a nice touch. The location was very convenient, just a short walk away from several restaurants.
The elevator was extremely slow and often crowded. the check-in process was frustratingly slow, and I found it difficult to communicate with the staff.

Smallish windows, the terrace looked onto some rooftops, not the nicest view.

My Thanksgiving stay was pleasant thanks to the nice location of this hotel. I found it very easy to get around and explore the area. The warm and cozy beds were great, and the indoor pool was a plus. The spa was nice even though it was small. The aircon kept me comfortable in my room.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. Towels were scarce, and the amenities were pretty basic.

This is an excellent hotel with very nice rooms, the rooms were very clean and confortable. The breakfast is good and with a lot of different fresh products. The people from the receptionists and personell were very helpful and proffesional. we will definetely will go back to this hotel which we really enjoyed
